So I know you guys probably want to know a little more about who I really am.  Of course, you already know that I am a hard hitting independent who is not afraid to criticize those who need criticism.  But what else is there to the Hammer of Truth?  Well, if you want to know, I shall tell you.

I was born in a small town called Butte, Nebraska in 1964.   There isn’t much to say about growing up there, so I will skip right to 1982 and my college years.  I wanted to get out of Nebraska, to see the world, so I went to Phoenix, Arizona.  I attended the University of Phoenix, intending to double major in economics and U.S. history.  However during my college years, I fell into the wrong crowd.  Like everyone else at the time, I experimented with just about everything you can imagine.  Cocaine, heroin, LSD, mushrooms, catnip, etc.   I dropped out of school during the spring semester of my freshman year in 1983.  The summer of 1984, I was arrested for assault, indecent exposure, and possession of cocaine.  I was sentenced to 6 years in federal prison.  There I made the poor decision to become a homosexual, to gain protection from the Mexican gangs.  Once I was released in 1990, I moved to El Salvador, where I continued my homosexual choices, working the streets at night.  In 1994, I was finally “set straight” by missionaries.  That is when I gave up my hedonistic ways and moved back to the United States.  I decided to go back to school, successfully completing my degree in general studies from South Colorado Bible School College for Young Men of the Western Associates University at Boulder.

In 1998, with the help of my missionary friends, I was able to set up a camp for young men facing similar decisions that I did in my younger days.   However, by 2000 we were shut down due to several lawsuits alleging that I of all people had acted inappropriately with my patients.  Those people I guess forgot to realize that I had been converted.  Shows how little they knew!  (And just for your information, I have not had any relapses in 6 months!  I am well on the way to recovery.)  Anyways, after the camp was shut down, I decided to work on my doctorate at SCBSCYMWAU at Boulder.  While there, I learned about the world of professional blogging.  I knew that I had something important to tell the world, I knew that my phD would have to wait.  I quit school once again and I have been writing the truth ever since!
